There are no baobab farms; every tree is community or family owned and wild harvested. The presence of baobab trees is increasingly becoming a burden to land owners who do not see any economic potential, thereby leading to increased felling of the magnificent tree to make way for conventional agriculture.

Live Love Well aims to create awareness of its economic potential by providing the tree owners an opportunity to create income by harvesting the Baobab tree. Live Love Well pay the women and youth groups who harvest the trees for its fruits a fair price, giving it a long-term scope in order to protect the trees.
